How to Bulk Import All of Your AWeber List to Another AWeber List

Are you tired of manually copying and pasting email addresses from your AWeber list into your database, and then having to cut and paste the email addresses again whenever you wanted to send out a mass email? If so, you’re in luck because there’s a quick and easy way to bulk import all of your AWeber list into another AWeber list!

I’ll show you how to do it.

Step 1: Import Your AWeber List Into A Database

The first step is to make sure that you’ve imported your AWeber list into a database. If you haven’t yet, you can do so by going to your AWeber dashboard and clicking on the Import button found at the top of the page. From there, you’ll see a pop-up window asking you to either import a.csv file or access your AWeber database directly. If you choose the latter, you can click on the + button to enter the database or the .csv option to begin importing your data.

After you’ve imported your data, you’ll see a message confirming the import and a link to your data in the dashboard. Once you’ve seen this, you can click on the Datasets tab found in the top right to view your imported data. You can then click the Purge button to remove any entries that you no longer need in your database. (See step 3 for an opt-out solution if you want to keep any of the data past this point.)

Step 2: Copy and Paste Your Email Addresses

Now that you have your database filled with email addresses, you can start copying and pasting them into your clipboard as you want to send out your email blast. To remove the tediousness of cutting and pasting, you can use a tool like Clippy which will automatically copy and paste any email address that you highlight. While this may be useful in certain situations, it’s best to avoid using a tool like this and manually copy and paste your email addresses whenever you want to send out a mass email.

Step 3: Export Your AWeber List To A.CSV File

The last step is to make sure that you’ve exported your AWeber list to a CSV file. To do this, you can go back to your dashboard and click on the Export button found at the top of the page. From here, you’ll see a pop-up window prompting you to either export a.csv file or access your AWeber database directly. If you choose the former, you can click on the + button to enter your database or the .csv option to begin exporting your data.

Once you’ve exported your data, you’ll see a message confirming the export and a link to your data in the dashboard. You can then click on the Datasets tab found in the top right to view your exported data. You can then click the Purge button to remove any entries that you no longer need in your database. (See step 2 for an opt-out solution if you want to keep any of the data past this point.)

With just a few clicks, you can now have all of your AWeber email addresses easily accessible in another database. Now, when you want to send out a mass email, you can do so without having to copy and paste the email addresses over and over again. Instead, you can just click on the address in your clipboard and send out an email immediately without having to manually type in the email addresses.
