AWeber Max Follow Up Series – Series of Messages to Send to Prospects

Are you looking for a way to follow up with your AWeber prospects? Do you want to send them a few last questions before they become customers? Or, does a want to send them a friendly reminder about your upcoming event?

This blog post will walk you through a series of messages that you can use to engage with your leads and generate sales with minimal effort.

The Landed Property Series

Sometimes, after a conversation has ended with a lead, you might want to stay in touch. You can do this with a series of messages, known as the Landed Property series.

This series is ideal for salespeople who are closing deals or gathering information from customers. In the series, you can share more about the products or services you offer and gather more information about the prospect’s needs and wants.

This series starts with an introductory email, followed by three to five emails in a row. The first email in the series should start with a short greeting and include a link to the landing page or to a specific product.

This first email can then be followed by one that’s similar but has some slight variations. After several similar emails, you’ll gradually move away from the template and develop your own style.

You can use automation to send the emails in the series. For example, you can set up autoresponders so that when you don’t respond to an email, they will automatically follow up with another.

The Retired Life Series

The Retired Life series is a great way for existing customers to stay in touch. It’s also a way for you to stay in touch with your leads and provide them with value beyond just selling a product or service. To create this series, start with an email containing a link to an interesting article or blog post that relates to your product or service. Or, you can just share an important announcement about your company.

In the email, you can also include a brief bio about yourself, your role in the company, or any other information that you think might be important to the recipient. If you have a blog or website, include a link to it.

This email will become the first in a series of three to five emails that develop into a more personalized exchange. As with the other series, you can use automation to send this series of emails.

The Grower/Sharer Series

Similar to the other two series, the Grower/Sharer series is a way for you to stay in touch with your leads. However, in this series, you can take the time to get to know them better and understand their needs. You can also use this opportunity to offer tips on how to best serve your customers.

Like the other two series, the Grower/Sharer series can be used to follow up with purchased leads or get new leads started on your product or service. But, it also allows you to identify new areas of growth for your business.

Many salespeople feel that the more they know about their customers, the better they can serve them. This philosophy leads them to seek ways to learn about their customers’ needs and wants. So, in the Grower/Sharer series, you can ask probing questions about the customer’s business, how they use your product or service, or anything else that might help you develop a better understanding of them as a person. You can also take the time to build a rapport with the customer and earn their trust.

The VIP Series

If you have customers that are considered “high value” or “priority” customers, you can use the VIP series to stay in touch with them. This is a great series for customers who are considered “high rollers” or “big spenders”. When they receive a message in the VIP series, they know that it’s something important.

This is also the perfect series for customers that you consider “power users”. The reason? It provides them with value and, in return, benefits you by promoting your products and services.

To create the VIP series, start with a short email, followed by a longer email a few days later. In the longer email, you can share an important announcement about your company or a new product or service. Or, you can just try something new that you think might be valuable to the recipient.

In the longer email, you can also include a short bio about yourself, your role in the company, or any other information that you think might be important to the recipient. If you have a blog or website, include a link to it.

As with the other two series, you can use automation to send the emails in the VIP series. For example, you can set up autoresponders so that when you don’t respond to an email, they will automatically follow up with another.

The One-on-One Series

If you’ve reached the point in your communication with a lead where you feel that you have a good understanding of their needs and wants, you can move into the one-on-one series.

Unlike the other two series, the One-on-One series is one-to-one correspondence. Typically, in this series, you will continue to provide value and build trust by showing that you are a human being who is listening and who cares about them as individuals.

To create the One-on-One series, start with a short email, followed by a longer email a few days later. In the longer email, you can share an important announcement about your company or a new product or service. Or, you can just try something new that you think might be valuable to the recipient.

In the longer email, you can also include a short bio about yourself or your company. If you have a blog or website, include a link to it.

As with the other two series, you can use automation to send the emails in the One-on-One series. For example, you can set up autoresponders so that when you don’t respond to an email, they will automatically follow up with another.
