When you enter a name into the search bar and hit enter, you’ll see a list of the matching subscribers – here’s where you can choose which ones you want to add to your list. You can also add a note to the email to remind yourself of who you’re writing to and why you’re writing them. Add Subscribers Using Mail Chimp’s Integration
If you’ve used Mail Chimp in the past, you’ll have no trouble using their integration with AWeber. When you add Mail Chimp as a third-party app to your account, you’ll see a new icon in the top right-hand corner of your dashboard – this is Mail Chimp’s icon and it’ll look identical to the one in the app (make sure you’ve installed their app before you sign up for AWeber). When you click this icon, you’ll see a list of all the people you’ve added to your list using Mail Chimp – here you can click on the email address to view the contents of the email you just sent them. If you’ve sent out a few emails, this list will be easy to find. AWeber will ask you if you want to “unsubscribe” from this list – this is where you can remove subscribers if you want to add more personalization to your emails. When you unsubscribe from someone’s list, you’ll get an email from AWeber with a link to delete your account. If you want, you can also choose to “stop” receiving emails from this person’s list. This way, you won’t get any more emails from them even if they decide to re-subscribe to your list.
Create Email Content That Will Convert
To get the best results from your email marketing, you need to create content that is going to be valuable and helpful to your target audience. AWeber gives you the tools to send personal emails with offers and updates that will engage your subscribers and make them interested in your product or service. The first step is to create a compelling and unique offer that will attract your subscribers and make them want to hear more from you. Track The Results Of Your Efforts
One of the things you’ll need to do in order to know if email marketing is working is to track its results. AWeber can help you with this. When you sign up for AWeber, you’ll get a section in your dashboard labeled “Metrics.” This is where you can see a list of all the metrics related to your email marketing. The first one you’ll need to check is “open rate.” This is the percent of your emails that were opened by your subscribers – if you sent out 100 emails and 50 people opened them, your open rate is 50%. If you want to be sure that you’re reaching the right people with your marketing, you can create a segment of your list based on whether or not they opened your email. When you send a message to someone who’s on your list but didn’t open your email, you’ll see a small envelope next to their name on the list. This envelope will have two options – “open” or “not open” next to their name. If they’ve opened your email, the envelope will say “open” – if they haven’t opened it, the envelope will say “not open”. You can click on the envelope to see a list of all the people on your list who didn’t open your email (if you’ve sent a few, this will be easy to see). From this list, you can choose the people you’d like to follow-up with and send them a quick email – this is completely free and it’ll help you stay consistent with your email marketing.
