How to Export Your AWeber Email List to a CSV File

How to Export Your AWEBER Email List

To export your AWEBER email list, follow these three simple steps:

Step one: Login to your AWEBER account.

When you login, you’ll be on the home page. From here, click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select Settings from the drop-down menu. Now click on the Edit button under the Email List heading on the left side of the page.

Step two: From here, click on the “Download as.CSV” link.

The second step is to click on the “Download as.CSV” link. Doing this will take you to a new page where you can download the list in a CSV format. If you want to get this done quickly, you can either:

A. Use Evernote.

Yes, you can certainly do this manually by copying and pasting the emails into a notepad file. But you can also use a tool like Evernote to easily download your entire AWEBER list into a single.CSV file. To do this, just login to your Evernote account and create a new Note called Email List. Now that you’ve got that, all you have to do is paste the emails from your AWEBER list into the Note.

B. Use Google Docs.

Another option is to use Google Docs to create a spreadsheet with all the contact details and split it into separate tabs for the various groups of contacts you have. Then you can just copy and paste the emails from your AWEBER list into the appropriate tab. To do this, login to your Google Docs account and create a new spreadsheet. Now you just need to copy and paste the emails from your AWEBER list into the correct tab.

Step three: To make sure that the CSV file is what you want, open it in Excel.

Last but not least, open the CSV file in Excel. Doing this will let you check the details of the Excel file and make sure that the information is correct and that you haven’t missed anything. If everything is okay, then you can use the file for your own purposes or upload it to a 3rd party system like MailChimp or InfusionSoft.

As for the format, make sure that the data is neatly organized into rows and columns. You can use Microsoft’s Excel to properly format your CSV file so that it looks professional. All you need to do is click on the gear icon in the top right corner, select “Open file in Excel,” and then choose either.csv or.xlsx from the dropdown menu.
